We analyse and prepare general commercial contracts, and advice clients on the forms of commercial transactions.

In relation to Risk management and Compliance we guide our clients on how to identify risks, compile risk assessment plans, verification methods and monitoring plans, compile relevant regulatory guidelines and policies, compile risk assessment plans and compliance manuals, drafting legal and compliance policies. And we provide compliance training suitable to our clients’ individual needs.

In relation to Corporate governance we advice juristic entities on how to comply with the corporate governance principles, particularly, those set out in the Companies Act, JSE listings Requirements, and King III Report on Corporate Governance. We offer training on corporate governance areas relevant for our individual clients’ needs.
